Description
Luang Pu Tuat amulet in copper with fire-finish surface, created in B.E. 2528 by Luang Pu Du Promapunyo of Wat Sakaek, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province, as an auspicious object to commemorate and support the temple's activities during Luang Pu Du's time in monastic life. This edition was produced in a limited quantity of 10,000 amulets. Luang Pu Du held profound reverence and faith toward Luang Pu Tuat of Wat Chang Hai and created many amulets bearing Luang Pu Tuat's image throughout his life. These were made so that Buddhist devotees could pay respects to the Triple Gem and use them as reminders to practice the Dharma.
