Description
Wat Chong Lom is an ancient temple in Chachoengsao Province that has served as the center of the community and the continuity of Buddhist religious activities. The temple has undergone renovations and development in successive periods while remaining a place where local people practice Buddhist activities. Luang Pho Phuchong was a Buddhist monk who spent the Buddhist Lent period and conducted religious duties at Wat Chong Lom. Sacred objects created during his time include both powder amulets and coins, which are still found in the collections of those who study Chachoengsao amulets today. Phra Pid Ta is a type of amulet that has been widely created throughout Thailand since ancient times. Each lineage has different mold designs and materials depending on the creation methods of the maker and the era.
