Description
Luang Pho Poen Thitakuno was a distinguished monk of Wat Bang Phra in Amphoe Nakhon Chai Si, Nakhon Pathom Province. He was born on 12 August B.E. 2466 in Nakhon Pathom Province and was ordained in B.E. 2491. Luang Pho Poen studied Buddhist scriptures and occult sciences under many revered teachers, with particular expertise in sacred letters and yantra scripts. He was appointed as Abbot of Wat Bang Phra and played an ongoing role in the temple's development. Luang Pho Poen became widely renowned through his transmission of the sacred yantra inscriptions of Wat Bang Phra. He created various amulets and talismans across many occasions and ceremonies.
