This Phra Sangkachai amulet was created in B.E. 2512 by Luang Pho Pern of Wat Bang Phra, Nakhon Pathom Province, and released by Wat Khok Khema. This was an early period of creating amulets in the Luang Pho Pern lineage, before his reputation became widely known. Phra Sangkachai is an amulet design that has long been popular in beliefs regarding abundance, good fortune, compassion, and auspiciousness, and has been created by many Buddhist masters, particularly in the Central Thailand lineage. This amulet is made in the style of old period amulets, with material and design characteristics that show the distinctiveness of work from the late 2500s period.
