Phra Somdej Wan Ya Song Phi Nong (Luang Pho Dam) Wat Senaha B.E. 2506 Grand Ceremony
Description
Phra Somdej Wan Ya Song Phi Nong (Somdej Luang Pho Dam) was created in B.E. 2506 for the Buddhist consecration ceremony and casting of the likeness image of Phra Thep Jetiyacharj (Luang Pho Dam) at Wat Senaha, Nakhon Pathom Province. The grand ceremony took place on Saturday, May 13, B.E. 2506. The amulet materials were crafted according to ancient scriptures by Phra Khun Rajadhamakavi, incorporating 108 types of medicinal herbs, 108 varieties of flowers, sacred water, Pong Din earth, minerals, and many auspicious materials. The amulets underwent three separate Buddhist consecration ceremonies, with Ajarn Chum Chaikhiri presiding. Distinguished monks were invited to dedicate their spiritual intention, including Pho Tan Khlaai from Wat Suan Khan, Luang Pho Ngern from Wat Don Yai Hom, Luang Pho Noi from Wat Thammasala, and 108 monks in total. This edition is divided into two types: "Luang Pho Dam" (dark) and "Luang Pho Khao" (white). Luang Pho Dam was created in the same ceremony and represents one of the most prestigious amulets of that era, blessed and activated by the largest number of revered monks.
