Description
Somdej Sukato powder amulet mixed with affection of Luang Pu Hiang, Wat Pa, Chonburi, B.E. 2498. Somdej Sukato is one of the auspicious objects of Luang Pu Hiang Punyasiri, Wat Pa, Chonburi Province, an important accomplished monk of the Eastern Region who had a role in creating many types of auspicious objects during the 25th Buddhist century. The name 'Sukato' is a Buddhist title that appeared in the naming of this amulet series, while the form of the Buddha image retains the characteristics of Somdej powder amulet according to the method of creating amulets in the middle period of the 25th Buddhist century. Luang Pu Hiang was an accomplished monk of Wat Pa that was mentioned in the Eastern Region amulet lineage, particularly auspicious objects created during the years B.E. 2490–2510.
