Description
Paya Tao Rueang Maha Lap is an auspicious object in the lineage of Luang Pu Sim Buddhajaro of Wat Tham Pha Plong, Chiang Mai Province. It was created in B.E. 2519 and is made of metal (Nava loha). Luang Pu Sim Buddhajaro was an important disciple in the lineage of Luang Pu Man Bhūridatto. He was born in B.E. 2452 in Sakon Nakhon Province and studied and practiced the Dhamma under many respected masters of the Kammathana tradition before coming to take residence and develop the forest monastery of Wat Tham Pha Plong in Chiang Dao District, Chiang Mai Province.
