Description
Phra Kling Phra Thep Metthakon amulet made of brass, created in B.E. 2509 by Wat Thep Sirin Avas Rajvoravihara, Bangkok, as a memorial and contribution to the temple's works. It received the loving-kindness blessing and meditation dedication from Luang Pho Norratchamanit (Phra Acarya Nor Thammawitakko), a venerable and virtuous monk of Wat Thep Sirin Avas. Wat Thep Sirin Avas is a first-class royal temple established during the reign of King Rama V in B.E. 2419. It is an important temple connected to many members of the royal family and houses the reliquary of Phra Acarya Nor. The temple features beautiful architecture and has long served as a center for Buddhist scriptural studies.
