Phra Upakut Bua Khem Luang Pho Uttamo Wat Khung Tamnak Phetchaburi B.E. 2522

Description

This amulet was consecrated in a major Buddhist blessing ceremony led by eminent masters at Wat Suthat Thepwararam temple, including Luang Pu Toh from Wat Pradoo Chimplee, Luang Pho Uttamo from Wat Wang Vivegaram, Luang Pho Thir from Wat Pa Lalai, Luang Pho Eia from Wat Ban Dan, Luang Pu Thong Yu from Wat Mai Nong Phaong, Luang Pho Sud from Wat Kalong, Luang Pho Thiang from Wat Muang Chum, Luang Pho Neuang from Wat Chulalomani, and Phra Nikrodhdhamma Thadah from Wat Kahai, Malaysia, a disciple of Luang Pho Khron from Wat Bang Sae, among others. Luang Pho Uttamo then brought the amulets back to perform a separate consecration ceremony according to Mon tradition at Wat Wang Vivegaram in Kanchanaburi for one quarter during the Buddhist Lent of B.E. 2522. The amulets were then enshrined at Wat Khung Tamnak to support the construction fund of the ubosot. The creation of the Phra Upakut follows the authentic Mon tradition. When casting took place on the full moon night, the amulet is believed to emerge to benefit Buddhists according to Mon, Burmese, and Northern Thai beliefs. It is highly potent and grants prosperity to devotees.
